Application Portfolio Manager (Global client) - Urgent!
Edelway is a Swiss IT Recruitment company.
Our global multinational end client based in Geneva area is currently looking for two Application Portfolio Managers (Management System, CA, Clarity).
This is a long term contract; an excellent rate is on offer to the right candidate.
The Role:
*Creating and prepare for creation of new applications in the Application Portfolio Management System (CA CLARITY) - individual and mass.
*Update existing applications in the Application Portfolio Management System.
*Liaise with change coordinator for updates to the infrastructure asset inventory (ServiceNow).
*Determine need for application update or periodic review.
*Initiate Application decommissioning request by following the Application Removal Checklist.
*Review the application data for completeness. Check non-matching exception report and issue action items to the application manager.
*Reconcile APM system with infrastructure assets inventory and follow up in discrepancies.
*Report reconciliation results and remediation activities.
*Manually verify systematic and quality of data in inventories and clarify with stakeholders.
Project coordination/documentation capabilities
*Conduct interviews with Business/Functional Owners at the specific site.
*Review existing documentation (SOP, HLRA, SLA/OLA) and prepare documents for approval, if required.
*Follow up with various stakeholders (IT and business) to ensure accurate data is registered.
*Verify application's required software needs (incl. version) with vendors.
Your profile:
*Very good skills in French and English in both verbal and written form.
*Previous experience in Application Portfolio Management System
