- Application packaging, installation and desktop configuration
- Navigating the registry
- Windows XP, Windows 7, 8, 32 and 64-bit systems
- Active Directory
- Microsoft SCCM 2012 experience a plus
- Understanding and documenting application requirements and dependencies
- Enterprise-grade applications
- Working in virtual environments such as VMware
- Scripting using a combination of VBScript, WiseScript, InstallShield, AdminStudio
- Ability to follow a strict workflow process for XP to Windows 8 Migration
- Experience with ServiceCenter
- Troubleshooting application packaging related issues and remediation
