- Experience In the support of applications packaged with Microsoft App-V technologies.
- Good knowledge of vendor specific customisation toolsets (eg Microsoft Office and Adobe customisation toolkits)
- Able to create custom VB and Batch scripts to assist with application installation, customization and functionality
