Application Packaging (Admin Studio)

JOB DUTIES:

Remediate and Package Applications using Admin Studio
Documentation of application remediation actions
Work with senior technical staff to address concerns and technical challenges that could be encountered during the migrations.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED:

- Communications skills (spoken/written English)
- Application Packaging using Admin Studio (2+ years experience)
- Application Remediation (2+ years experience)
- General IT experience (5+ years experience)
- Solid technical knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7) (5+ years experience)
- Ability to create technical documentation used by end-users and seasoned technical staff (2+ years experience)
- Previous experience working in an environment with more than 500 client systems (2+ years experience)
- Experience in a Locked-Down Secure Environment (1+ years experience)

DESIRED:

- Experience deploying Microsoft Windows applications installation, deployment, packaging (5+ years experience)
- Exposure to ITIL standards
- Strong people Skills
