IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Software Product Management (Product Planning, consultancy as well as gathering, tracking and managing evolving costumer and IT needs as well as risks throughout the life of a software product
-Software User Support (Assistance to users according to SLAs (where applicable) as 2nd Level of Support)
-Software Support and Maintenance (Governance to ensure maintenance to repair faults, support of upgrades for changes in the production environment in line with SLAs (where applicable)
-Software Risk Management (Ensure identification of risks, their impacts, their quantification and their mitigation
-Software Testing and Review (Testing all software components and interfaces to ensure fulfilment of requirements and compliance)
-Software Deployment (Ensuring rollout to the organisation in a controlled manner)
-Software Architecture (Discuss Software Architecture with Management and define framework)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-It would be asset to have knowledge in Applications like FACE/ CTS Webtool
-Fluency in German
-Good knowledge in English
