Projektbeschreibung
You will be an in-house lead as IT Application Owner for the 3rd party application for Taxes. You will be responsible for the functional- and performance coherence of the Embedded application regarding enhancement projects and Run-the-bank processes.
Role overview:
1)Production support
*Supervision of production support processes
*Responsible for the incident-, change-, release-, and Problem management processes
*Defect analysing
*Write IT specifications and requirements for 3rd party software vendor
*GAP specification within existing documents
*End user- and second level support
2)Engineering and implementation
*Member of implementation projects
*Track 3rd party vendor on deliverables
*Analyse and specify customer business requirements
*Analyse and specify technical requirements
*Parameterization and customization of the tax application
*Contribute to change- and release management processes
*System test of new functionality
*Documentation (Operation manual)
Your profile:
Mandatory experience:
*University degree or similar education preferably in information technology or information management
*Experience in leading small sized IT-teams
*Able to specify and review 3rd Party product requirements
*Good Knowledge of financial instruments (Bonds, Funds, FX, TOFF,..)
*Knowledge of banking industry
Beneficial experience:
*Track record as IT Application Owner/Lead within a financial Institute
*Sound know how in transaction banking processes
*Knowledge about withholding taxing processes
*Technical knowledge about Databases (Oracle)/Unix/Linux
*Experience as IT specialist in the financial industry for at least 6 years
