Application Operations Support/Engineer with profound Windows and .NET computational ecosystem knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Strong background in managing complex multi-tiered HPC applications
- Deep knowledge of Windows and .NET computational ecosystem and its internals
- Proficiency in complex application integration and performance tuning as well as designing automation and integration scripts
- Knowledge of C#, F#, Python, Linux as well as in operating and managing GPU applications
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Leading all application production engineering activity for financial engineering HPC applications
- Maintaining an in-depth, end-to-end technical understanding of the applications
- Using application-specific knowledge and technical deep expertise to design and maintain all aspects of application operations management and monitoring
- Acting as a first contact for technical queries, production incidents and problems
- Cooperating with other teams on queries, dashboards, and alerts in data aggregation or visualisation environments
- Working directly with financial engineering team and other teams in resolution of customer issues
