Application Operation Manager
We are currently looking for an Application Operation Manager for our client based in Anderlecht.

You role: (It's a new function to be built from scratch; with many processes to set up )

Have hands-on the management of interconnected systems and applications
Be the contact point for all the applications and have an overall view of them:
For any upgrade or application changes, investigate the need and the compatibility to the organization network environment ( financial aspect, effect on system in place, )
Make an inventory of all applications that are running in the organization in the different locations and know what's available or not? what's running? And where ?
Have the knowledge of how all application interfere between each other
Leading and managing multiple cross-functional work teams related to development
Planningcreate policies & procedures for all applications
Communicate all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all department teams.

Your Profile:
A "builder" that can shape a function
good "project way of working" mindset
Strong with process improvement and project management skills
Operational experience in Application management
Having experience in People/Team management
Detail oriented, strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
Experience in working in offshore environment.
Knowledgeable in Application Architecture
Asset would be having operational experience in an SAP landscape
Good Knowledge of database SQL Server 2012-2015
