Application Operations Consultant (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Further detailing of application and infrastructure operation processes (which are already available on a higher level)
-Preparing the enablement of a new central monitoring
-Set up organizational framework for the team which is located offshore and make knowledge transfer possible etc.
-Build the enablement of existing 1st level support teams for the operation processes in the new IT landscape
-Change the start up of application operations
-Optimize and define processes around the knowledge base
-Fine-tuning of the monitoring and operation IT tools (with the help of technical tool specialist)
-Optimizing the onboarding and ramp-up of 3rd level support teams into the new support process landscape

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Practical experience with application and infrastructure operations management in the context of DevOps and agile software development is mandatory
-Solid organizational and communication skills as evidenced by successful completion of the delivery of complex work packages (project/sub-project/workstream management etc.)
-Practical experience with coordinating offshore teams
-Practical knowledge of agile software development processes
-While ITIL is not the basis of the process model, knowledge of the ITIL model is helpful
-Fluency in English (min. competence level C1 CEFR) is necessary to communicate within the project, fluency in German is an additional advantage
-Familiarity with Azure Monitoring, ServiceNow and AppDynamics is an advantage
