Application Manager/Reconciliations/Corporate Actions

APPLICATION MANAGER/RECONCILIATIONS/CORPORATE ACTIONS/ASSET MANAGEMENT

Our global financial client based in Holland is currently looking for an Application Manager (AM) who will be responsible for maintaining, implementing and supporting individual components within the reconciliation and corporate actions applications.

The Application Manager performs as the service owner for a set of applications. You are responsible for one or a limited set of live services for the general health, incident and problem resolution and request fulfilment of standard requests not performed by the Service Desk.

The Application Manager adheres to the established processes and incident resolution methodology and practices, while carrying out their responsibilities. This includes meeting established quality and security standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Proven knowledge and experience with reconciliation and corporate actions Applications
- Good knowledge of 2nd level support, and prepared to support stand by duties.
- Good knowledge of developments and methodology in own area of expertise and adjoining areas.
- Knowledge reconciliation and corporate actions value chains; insight in developments and needs.
- Basic understanding of day to day database administration.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
