Application Manager (m/w) LAMP

Aufgaben:

- Implementation of all necessary operative tasks to guarantee maintenance of operation
- Run applications, services, platforms and network to deliver promised service portfolio according SLAs
- Ensure global IT support based on follow-the-sun organization as well as 24/7 on-call-duty
- Incident resolution, Incident management
- Implementing changes, Change management
- Installation of new versions, patches
- Close customer contact during operative work
- Supplier management for incident related communication
- Documentation of all executed tasks in a ticket tool and CMDB
- Proactive capacity and performance management of systems and system components
- Support in planning and implementation of projects / new designs

Skills:

- 3+ years of proven experience in IT- operations/management: backup and restore, monitoring, maintenance
- Very good knowledge in LAMP Stack
- At least 3 years of experience with MS SQL
- Good knowledge in administration and operation of Webapplication i.e. Tomcat / Apache
- Knowledge in Windows Server and Windows Webapplications
- A plus is knowledge in ITIL, Sharepoint, NGINX, knowledge in one or more languages JAVA, Ruby, Perl
- Fluent English (at least level B2/C1 in Council of Europe scale)
