-Coordinate all application-related activities
-Act as single point of contact for all change request
-Provide support in the preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
-Investigate incidents and ensure 3rd level maintenance support
-Train technicall staff according to standard rules and guidelines
-Contribute and coordinate with the change management unit in the scope of programs, projects, evolution and troubleshooting
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Engineering or equivalent University IT Degree
-Strong experience in software development in real time environments
-Good business analysis background with the ability to quickly understand requirements and take appropriate actions
-SOA experience is a strong asset
-Stress resistance
-Fluent French & English, German are an asset
