TITLE: APPLICATION MANAGER IT DELIVERY FINANCE

TASKS:

- Responsible to maintain the Application Management processes for selected Group applications
- Monitor Service fulfilment and initiate counter measures if agreed service levels are not met
- Continually re-align the Service with the changing business needs and identify improvement potentials
- Support in the day-to-day operations

Track and monitor the data load process

Analyse issues during the load and data processing

Resolve issues raised by users

Apply hotfixes and patches and develop workarounds

Work closely with Development and Test departments

- Maintain the production and test environments and work together with other colleagues in Incident-,Change-, Problem- and Configuration Management processes
- Trigger and implement improvement measures (technical or organizational wise) in this area
- Support related projects

SKILLS:

- University degree in a technical and/or commercial field of study (eg (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on information management and/or banking) or proven, comparable qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and/or banking industry preferably with the support and maintenance of applications/services
- Basic knowledge of banking products and business processes
- Solid SQL experience (Teradata, Oracle) complemented with PL/SQL know-how
- Ability to work on both Unix and Windows environments
- Hands-on experience with
- Operations of complex applications
- Reporting systems (preferably Cognos and MS OLAP)
- IT service management and control systems
- Understanding and working experience with IT Service Management processes
- Prior experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (JIRA) is preferable
- High degree of (internal) customer- and service-orientation
- Good communication and presentation skills and excellent command of English and German
- Analytical skills
- Team oriented and flexible
