Responsibilities:

Provides consulting on different method of application packaging and delivery
End-To-End customer consulting for Application Managers in regards to platforms, settings
Supports deployment of application on all client platforms
Interfaces between users and technical teams
Provides test environment: standard and customized environments
Ensures efficient use of applications and versions
Maintains application information

- Information about ATDS service
- Advisory service for software packaging and delivery
- Support for creating ATDS service requests and filling out mandatory forms
- packaging software for deployment using current and upcoming technologies (MSI, AppV, Citrix native installations, etc.) for various target systems (Windows Clients, Windows Servers, Citrix Terminal Servers, AppV streaming infrastructure, etc.)
- Web applications
- Rich Internet Applications
- Server-Based Computing
- Deployment management of packaged Applications to target systems (clients, Servers, etc.)
- Function test of applications for usage on specific client builds
- Virtual machines: standard or customized environment
- Physical machines: standard or customized environment
- Factory provided Test user accounts
- Monitoring of application usage
- Application version clean up
- Application retirement
- Application information updates
