APPLICATION MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a functional manager within a multidisciplinary scrum team. The task of this team is to pick up new partners to sell private insurance products to specific target groups. In the scrum team, you work with both business and IT professionals who bring their specific knowledge and qualities to achieve the goals within the team.

As a focus, you have the functional management of the different systems used within the company. As a functional administrator, you can help make changes: by determining the impact, describing and testing the impact. Some of the changes are carried out independently. For example, you set up new screens.

You will guide the change mainly and connect with team members or internal and external vendors. You are a real team player and not afraid of giving feedback or getting to continuously improve the team's work.

In addition to the scrum team you are part of our System and Process Support (SPS) department. You ensure that knowledge is exchanged with the other functional administrators. Also, ensure that the design of systems is in accordance with agreed standards.

REQUIREMENTS

- You have at least one MBO degree;
- Multiple years of experience as a functional manager or similar (minimum 2 years).
- Current knowledge of the management of Anva is a requirement;
- Generic knowledge and experience with applications, management procedures and infrastructures;
- You are analytical, accurate and independent;
- You are a communicative strong team player who can give and receive feedback as well;
- Knowledge of (private) insurance is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle and Microsoft Access is a plus
