Application Manager

Requirements:

Knowledge DB2 in relation with IBM Mainframe, (explain clearly in the CV).

Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar function in a financial environment.

Department objective:

Delivers Payments, E-commerce and supporting services to the client from a continuously improving and client-focused organisation in relation to all clients, countries and services, leading to reliable and compliant services that meet clients' expectations

Role profile:
Maintains and manages the application(s) assigned from (primarily) a functional perspective and (secondarily, particularly Mainframe applications) from a technical perspective. Assists, assesses progress and in the production environment, implements the changes, instructs the user(s) and provides the organisation with second-line information in accordance with established procedures and agreements within the existing infrastructure, leading to adequate functional availability of the application and optimum knowledge transfer to users.
