Application Maintanance and Development Analyst

Work description:
Experienced and willing to work in Client Server or web programming (70% Web-programming, 30% Daily Support
Provide technical support and code enhancement in PowerBuilder 12 environment for high risk, business critical, in-house built Client Server application (AIMS)
Available after regular business hours in case of quarterly releases or incidents
Key aviation Client Server & web resource in Europe.
Able to be a backup of resources in Bangkok, or work remotely at alternate location in case of emergency
Perform Bug Fixes to Applications in PowerBuilder 12
Perform Minor Enhancements to Applications in PowerBuilder 12
Provide general Technical support/Maintenance to applications
Monitor applications performance
Participate or Coordinate small projects (SWI - Small Work Item)

Communication skills:
English Communication: Excellent Verbal communication/Be able to interact with International team members and business contacts via conference call in English effectively and Good at writing documentation
Nice to have skills:
Self-learning/Self Motivated and Initiative
Microsoft SQL Server; Remedy; XCOM; VB.NET; VB6
Experience to setup and design code
Be capable/and flexible to work for Big Project, Enhancement and Routine support as needed.

Secondary skill set:
General Client Server Applications;
General Web Applications;
General MS Office Tools;
General MS Windows OS
General Database and Data model skills;
Basic understanding of the fundamentals of application computing technologies
IT/Engineering Degree
