APPLICATION LEADER - REQUIREMENTS/TEST ENGINEER
One of my major clients is urgently seeking an Application Leader - Requirements/Test Engineer to manage all activities concerning a specific change/project on a specific application, between people in the area of maintenance, end users or its representatives, software developers, suppliers. This is a long term contract in Zurich, Switzerland.
THE APPLICATION LEADER - REQUIREMENTS/TEST ENGINEER WILL HAVE:
- University degree in Software or Engineering
- Ability to quickly understand business needs and to take initiatives and decisions
- Sound experience in testing (execution and test management) and requirement engineering
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in the use of an application life cycle management tool (eg POLARION)
- (Knowledge of Agile, SOA and Virtualization is a valuable asset)
- Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Stress resistant
