For our client, a leading European commercial bank in Frankfurt, we are currently hiring an

Application Integrator with focus on Managed File Transfer service (f/m)
Reference number: 304834
Starting date: 1st of February 2016
Length of the contract: 15 Months with possibility of extension

Task description:
*Support implementation phase of technical services (15 services), in specification, integration, test, acceptance and deployment stages
*Define use cases and test cases for services under development; execute tests, document results and track the follow-up of identified defects
*Evaluate and execute changes and service requests according to provided operating procedures while maintaining agreed service levels and deadlines
*Contribute to the deployment of services in production by advising on the production impact of planned changes, assisting Data Centre Operations in the rollout and post implementation
*Coordinate individual key project deliverables among different participants, liaise with technical teams for the acceptance and handover of service in production, coordinate end-users during pilot phase for introduction of new services
*Provide knowledge transfer to other colleagues in the Data Centre section and ensure sufficient documentation is available

Your profile:
*Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, information system security or related disciplines
*Team lead experience
*Engineering and design experience
*Experience working with ITIL processes, particularly change, incident and problem management and integrating, testing and deploying mission-critical IT infrastructure environments (e.g. in financial service, IT hosting or defence industries)
*Experience in integrating application with technical services, managing technical service transition, creation and maintenance of support documentation
*Working knowledge of one or more of the following infrastructure services: application hosting, storage, network, directory services, database, end user computing, email
*Experience with Managed File Transfer or webMethods and ActiveTransfer products by Software AG would be an advantage
*Very good command of English with proven drafting ability
