Qualification:
*Masters degree in information technology, computer science, information system security, or related disciplines
*Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, information system security, or related disciplines
*Team lead experience
*Engineering and design experience
*Good understanding of and experience working with ITIL processes, particularly change, incident and problem management.
*experience in integrating, testing and deploying mission-critical IT infrastructure environments, e.g. in financial service, IT hosting or defence industries;
*experience with mixed vendor environments;
*experience in managing technical service transition, creation and maintenance of support documentation.
*Very good command of English with proven drafting ability.
*Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
*Experience in drafting use cases and transforming them in test cases.
*Experience in executing tests, documenting results and tracking the follow-up of identified defects.
*Working knowledge of one or more of the following infrastructure services: application hosting, storage, network, directory services, database, end user computing, email.
*Experience in integrating applications with technical services.
*Experience in Quality Assurance for technical documentation, to guarantee high quality for on boarding of technical services in ITIL processes.
*ITIL certification would be an advantage.
*PMI Certification would be an advantage
*Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Be result oriented.
*Manages multiple assignments and tracks progress on numerous processes simultaneously.
*Shows commitment to the achievement of team and organisational goals.
*Uses diplomacy and tact when dealing with colleagues.
*Uses simple/clear words to communicate ideas.

Main tasks:
Support implementation phase of technical services (15 services), in specifications, integration, test, acceptance and deployment stages:
*coordinate the definition of use cases and test cases for services under development;
*coordinate the tests, document results and track the follow-up of identified defects;
*evaluate and execute changes and service requests according to provided operating procedures while maintaining agreed service levels and deadlines;
*contribute to the deployment of services in production by advising on the production impact of planned changes, assisting Data Centre Operations in the roll-out and post implementation;
*review technical documentation related to network integration;
*coordinate individual key project deliverables among different participants;
*liaise with technical teams for the acceptance and handover of service in production;
*coordinate end-users during pilot phase for introduction of new services.

Coordinate the overall Communication and Quality Assurance:
*prepare, maintain and administer the project communications, project procurement and project quality plans in cooperation with the project management team;
*in close cooperation with Project Manager, support the definition of project plans and deliverables, as well as produce estimates of resources necessary to meet the goals;
*define service management model in close cooperation with service managers according to the ITIL Service Management processes and best practice;
*cooperate in administrative project support like organising meetings, setting-up meeting
agendas, quick delivery of minutes and support to the meeting preparation.
*Provide knowledge transfer to other colleagues in the Data Centre section and ensure sufficient documentation is available.
