APPLICATION INTEGRATION ARCHITECT - SAP ABAP, JAVA
The Application Integration (AI) sought for my cliet based in Copenhagen/Denmark.
The Architect's role is to plan, coordinate, architect, and supervise all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements for each wave/release in the program. This individual will oversee testing of the interoperability of different SAP applications under development by functionaly teams; Commercial off-the-shelf software deployed in the local country; and with external third parties; as necessary.
The ideal candidate for this Integration Architect role, should have the following skill set;
- 5-10 years experience in enterprise-level Application Integration.
- Experience in developing enterprise and solution level Architectural Designs.
- Experience in overseeing of cross-functional applications between separate business units and systems.
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
- Direct, hands-on experience with automated integration tools.
- Able to conduct research into application integration issues and products.
- Extensive experience with core software applications, including SAP Components.
- Technically fluent in Java and SAP ABAP and other possible programming languages.
- Strong background in risk management methodologies as they relate to integration/software engineering.
- Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.
- Knowledge of network protocols and standards.
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Fluent Business level English.
- Eligibility to work in Denmark (EU Passport/Work Permit).
