APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST (EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR 18 MONTHS TO COVER A MATERNITY LEAVE - INCLUDES BENEFITS)

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Service Delivery, the APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST is responsible for all aspects of customer implementation and application support in relation to the ERMS Advantage Service, a hosted, web based application (software as a service).

The APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST professionally and proactively, coordinates and manages activities and processes relating to the implementation of the ERMS service for our customers. In addition, the employee must also participate in troubleshooting and supporting existing customers.

The role is also a vital member of the Quality Assurance Team and contributing member to the Product Planning Group.

THE DAY TO DAY:

- Manages all aspects of customer implementation. This includes, but is not limited to: requirements gathering, project planning, developing and delivering training curriculum, data integration mapping conversion, user acceptance testing and user community communications.
- Responsible for application training for customers, online and in person - should be comfortable presenting to groups of 10-20 people - excellent communications skills required.
- Develop and deploy implementation project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Deliver professional, top quality customer service to all customers.
- Analyze and validate (troubleshoot) all issues raised by customers or internal teams and responsibly assign corresponding severity levels.
- Contributing member of internal QA team, participating in various levels of unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Assist in the Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring End User Requirements are being met on new product enhancements.
- Participate in sales presentations and customer walkthroughs as required.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- This is NOT a home-based opportunity - you must be in the office every day.
- You may be required travel in Canada and internationally (perhaps 10-15 times annually).
- This role requires after hour's on-call support.
