Aktuell suche ich für unseren Kunden aus dem Versicherungsumfeld am Standort Köln einen Application Implementation and Roll Out Manager (m/w):

Aufgaben:

- 2nd - 3rd level support, Incident, Problem and Change Management; Application monitoring and reporting
- Implementation of Standard Work Request
- Deployment of Applications on Linux and Windows based infrastructure
- Application operation Manager activities (Control of Backup, monitoring, CMDB, Blue print, documentation)
- Improvement and extension of operational stability and performance
- General technology system administration
- Creation / improvement of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and work instructions and necessary documentation for transition of first and second line tasks.

Qualifikationen:

- In Depth technical knowledge in Linux Red Hat OS and Windows OS (middleware & applications)
- Depth technical knowledge in Application server: JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP and IIS
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies is an advantage: Network Knowledge (basic TCP/IP, ..), Scripting (Shell, Perl, ...), Nagios, Websphere MQ Series, Websphere Application Server, Puppet
- Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations
- Flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
- On-call permanency is possible
- Strong tracking, coordination and planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
- Able to work in a global team and in a multiple cultural environment
- Able to work in an ITIL model based organization
- Language Requirements: Local language (German for Germany) + English (mandatory)
