INSTANT MESSAGING APPLICATION ENGINEER

An experience Instant Messaging Application Engineer is required by an IT Managed Services business for a project within Mobile Telecommunications.

Based on customer site, responsibilities will include:

- Low Level Design documentation
- Configuration Management
- Test Object List and Test Case definition
- Consulted in High Level Design and feasibility studies
- Management of vendor platforms
- Support in technical/commercial negotiations with vendor

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Strong Engineering background and experience in SIP, MSRP, Legacy messaging (SMS and MMS)
- General understanding of the IMS architecture
- Engineering background and experience in IP network.
- Experience in acceptance and troubleshooting activities
- [Preferred] Knowledge of Ericsson Instant Messaging Application Server
