Application Engineer (50%)

BACKGROUND: We are looking for a Professional Application Engineer to work for the "Drug Product Manufacturing and Strategy & Engineering IT", which is supporting Pharma Global Technical Operations. The context of this position is an on-going global project. Within this project the position will focus on technical integration between new SAP ATTP and existing Shop-Floor Serialization Solution.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support activities of a Shop-floor Serialization application upgrade, testing and rollout
- Create and update technical project documentation (eg test cases)
- Contribute for agreed project CSV documentation (CSV compliance, accurate technical content, on-time delivery)
- Coordination and alignment of project documentation-related topics within the project team (global)
- Identification, analysis, resolution and eventual escalation of technical and documentation issues

MUST HAVES:

- Proven record of successful projects in a highly regulated industry like Pharmaceuticals (5 to 7 years)
- Shop-Floor Serialization Systems experience incl. interface integration to SAP systems
- HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN SHOP-FLOOR SERIALIZATION LEVEL 3 (EG LAETUS, ANTARES, SEAVISION)
- Experience in interfacing with other systems like SAP
- Strong experience in CSV and GxP compliance (process and software)
- Analytical thinking, structured approach to resolution of issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to arbitrate between a wide range of stakeholders to come to a solution (former work experience with stakeholders would be a big plus)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

NICE TO HAVES:

+++ Laetus Track+Trace system
+++ SAP AII/OER and/or SAP ATTP system
+++ Experience with global/multi-site Manufacturing projects

LOCATION: BASEL AREA (MIN. 1 DAY PER WEEK ON-SITE OR PER AGREEMENT)
