Application Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced software development Project Manager with Healthcare experience. 

Selected Project Manager will be responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of complex and cross-functional project oriented work efforts. Will manage multiple small to complex application development projects on multiple platform types simultaneously. Follows established project management processes and methodologies to ensure project success.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

- 7 to 10 years of IT work experience
- Healthcare experience with five or more years managing application development technology projects.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Project Management certificate ie PMP
- Creates formal project plan schedule and responsible for monitoring the plan to meet base-lined
- Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and assigning project tasks, team building, maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
- Demonstrated Technical experience, ability to interact with others at local and remote locations.
- Earned value project management techniques, strong organizational skills, ability to set goals and work with little direction.
- Self- motivated, self- starter, project risk assessment and mitigation planning a must, copes with change reads situations quickly; a focused listener with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player!
- Facets experience would be ideal but not absolutely required.
- Waterfall, agile and clarity helpful also.
