Application Developer - Tririga

The Application Developer role is responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of changes to existing and creation of new FRICE-W objects for the TRIRIGA packaged solution. This includes working alongside the Solution Architect to develop an understanding the end user's TRIRIGA application requirements and defining the application configuration/customizations required. Additionally the role will be responsible for the execution of data integration/migration project tasks and related development activities, as well as implementation of the data integration/migration solution. The successful candidate should possess technical expertise in software and database design, ETL, reporting and analytics.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Demonstrated expertise with TRIRIGA Platform v3 development tools or related platform experience
- Experienced with TRIRIGA 10i Application (Real Estate, Facilities, Space Management/CAD, Operation, Maintenance and Sustainability) or related platform experience
- Experienced in design, development and implementation of data integrations and migration with the TRIRIGA application or a related application.
- Experienced with unit and system testing Scripting and test cycles
- Experienced developer with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and set priorities

DESIRED SKILLS:

- TRIRIGA Application Platform Certification
- Past experience implementing enterprise level integrations with applications such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and JDE is a big plus.
- Experience using SOAP based XML web services, Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Experience working with Real Estate software applications and associated data

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Overall 2-5 years' experience implementing and deploying TRIRIGA or at least 2 full software implementation life cycles of TRIRIGA or a related application
- Overall 2-5 years' experience as an application developer
- Overall 2-5 years' (or at least 2 full software implementation life cycles) experience with optimization and tuning of TRIRIGA application components, Essbase cubes, supporting ETL processes, business rules
- Experience working with dimensional data, metadata, cubes, Business rules, Financial reports and Web Analysis dashboards
- At least 2 years of development experience with ETL tools (ODI, Informatica, SSIS - preferred)
- Experience with BIRT, Crystal Reports or similar enterprise reporting software
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other technical and functional/business resources
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
