Application Developer (JEE, Angular JS, UML, RUP, Agile)

APPLICATION DEVELOPER (JEE, ANGULAR JS, UML, RUP, AGILE)

The contract is with a large consultancy to be on assignment at a large European site in Brussels. The client is urgently seeking an Application Developer with specific expertise in JEE and AngularJS.

Tasks:

Development and maintenance of software applications
Development and integration of technological components
Implementation of user requirements.
Prototyping
Elaboration of test programs
Integration with other applications
Writing of technical documentation
Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system
Participation in meetings with the project teams.

Knowledge and skills
In depth knowledge of application development environments
Good knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tier applications
Good knowledge of modelling tools (eg UML)
Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg RUP, AGILE)
Knowledge of relational database systems
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting
capability and experience in working in team.

Education and experience

Minimum 8 years of combined relevant studies and experience
Minimum 6 years experience in specific expertise domain

Specific expertise
Minimum 6 years experience with one or more of the following: development tools/environments/
languages JEE and Angular JS.

Excellent written and oral command of French AND English
