APPLICATION DEVELOPER DOMINO SAN JOSE, CA 12 MONTH CONTRACT, POSSIBLE EXTENSION

The Developer in this position will be responsible for the completion of all activities listed below, including:

- Identify system impacts required such as data input screens
- Develop the system specifications including mock-up design
- Develop templates to create customized work flow required
- Modify Forms and perform data mapping to meet the business requirements
- Convert data fields based on business rules and design specifications
- Develop LotusScript, Lotus Domino Formula language as required
- Perform unit testing and integration testing
- Support end user acceptance testing and perform system modifications required

DELIVERABLES:

- Detailed technical design specifications
- Business rules specifications
- Mappings, Templates, Forms, Lotus Domino Scripts
- Lotus Domino codes corresponding to the system enhancements
- Optimization of data query access
- Test plans documentation and system development documentation
- Bi-weekly written status reports details to the project manager

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have:

- IBM Domino Designer 8.5.3 or above
- IBM LotusScript development
- Create Formulas in Domino forms and views
- Use Formula language and XPages to enhance the functionality of a Domino application
- Compose Agents in IBM Domino for process automation
- XML and Web Services in Domino 8.5.3 or above
- Ability to analyze business requirements for database design, and implement changes to database as necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the client s Case Management System
- Knowledge of Criminal and Justice Information Systems

Desirable:

- Build web-based applications using JAVA, JSP/JavaServlet, and HTML
- LEI (Lotus Enterprise Integrator)
- Knowledge of Probation Departments business processes highly desirable

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have:

- 6+ years of Hands-on IBM Domino 8.5.3 or above development experience
- 5+ years of Domino 8.5.3 or above Web Applications Development
- 5+ years of Design and architect Domino NSF databases to enhance the business efficiency
- 5+ years of Design and architect Domino NSF databases to enhance development, optimize the workflow
- 5+ years of IBM Domino 8.5.3 or above Forms design and development
- 3+ years of Macros development in MS Word and Excel
- 2+ years of Experience with XPages technology
- 3+ years of VBScript development
- 2+ years of JavaScript for XPages Development in Domino 8.5.3 or above
- 5+ years of experience of securing applications with permission control
- 5+ years of experience of deploying applications

Desirable:

- Working experience with IBM Domino Server administration and security control
- Working experience with IBM Domino Server performance tuning
- Working experience with IBM Domino Server setup and configuration
- Working experience with IBM Domino Server backup and restore procedures
- Working experience with IBM Domino Server replication configuration and scheduling
- Working experience with IBM Domino Server clustering

Education Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in the fields of Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other closely related areas
