Application Developer Atlassian

For one of our Clients, a Swiss Bank in Zürich, we are immediately looking for a Application Developer

Scope of Work:

Development of a custom application leveraging the atlassian stacking including Confluence and Jira based on an existing tool already running in JavaScript. Initial focus is Back End connectivity through atlassian to the under lying oracle DB. Integration of this custom tool with others already on Jira and Confluence.

At least plugin development experience especially with DB drives plugins.

Must have:

5+ years atlassian development experience and knowledge of the possibilities of the tool suite specifically JIRA, Confluence and Greenhopper.
Experience of writting applications ontop of the atlassion stack
Knowledge of usage of JavaScript and Groovy languages in JIRA
JavaScript and Groovy experience
GUI experience
Being proactive and take ownership of tasks
Someone that shows initiative and   resourcefulness
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

Understanding of Agile practices, including test driven development and refactoring
Experience of Unit Testing and Mocking.
Experience of describing systems using UML with the tool enterprise architect
Experience of developing enterprise systems
Motivated and enthusiastic team player
Experience of developing complex data driven applications
