Application Developer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an APPLICATION DEVELOPER to join our client in Charlotte, NC.

Job Responsibilities:
- This assignment is within the Customer Contact Channels Web Development Team.

Roles and responsibilities include:
- Understanding requirements and developing technical direction for large scale web applications per IT standards.
- Creating high level and detailed Java application designs.
- Coding enhancements to existing applications per requirements.
- Documenting and executing unit test cases for developed code.
- Troubleshooting and resolving defects with existing applications.

Job Qualifications:
- The candidate should have six (6+) years of development experience.
- Strong design skills with Java web based applications and strong SQL Skills.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Prior experience with the following is preferred:
- External Facing Customer Portals
- Large Scale Web Applications
- Customer Billing Systems
- Mobile Application
