Technical Application Engineer ISMB-TG

Scripting and packaging of Scripting/packaging issues and the intake of new and existing applications;

Implementation of technical application, describe advantages/disadvantages and risks of the provision of applications through PowerFuse;

To deliver the application according to DTAP Model Pose.

Feedback and evaluation according to the agreement with stakeholders.

The TAB is deemed to be able to largely independently carry out these activities within the department and document.

Training

Vocational training (HBO thinking level) (KO)

MCSA 2003 (pre)

PowerFuse 2008 or later administrator (pre)

Training to App-V and/or SoftGrid administrator (pre)

ITIL foundation (pre)

Experience

Knowledge of commonly used software distribution products for example SCCM and/or App-V (pre)

Clearly demonstrable technical experience (2 years) Windows (KO)

Clearly documented experience (2 years) with SBC application management (KO)

At least 1 year knowledge of or experience with App-V and/or SoftGrid. (KO)

Experience with Res Powerfuse of at least one year at the level of application distribution. (Pre)

Experience with Scripting/packaging operations (pre)

Experience with intake work for technical application management (KO)

Knowledge of and experience with the client side database (Oracle, MS SQL) (pre)

Knowledge of and experience with application troubleshooting (KO)

Relevant competencies

Accustomed structured to work according to ITIL processes and procedures DTAP;

Has the necessary analytical capabilities to business to transact at the right level;

Both technical and organizational skills;

Will work independently and also approve the treatment of changes and incidents with direct colleagues and other departments;

Strong communication skills both oral and written which can be at the technical level of the caller connected.
