Application Delivery Manager/PM

Convergent requires an IT Application Delivery Manager to join an existing team at one of our global banking clients based in Zurich. Responsible for the operational performance(run the bank processes) and functional improvements of an Embedded 3rd Party application.

REQUIREMENTS

An IT specialist in the financial industry with 6+years experience you will have good communication and coordination skills with a professional, flexible and positive attitude with a strong ability to execute and deliver.

Acting as the Application Owner you will have strong experience in leading IT teams in a finance environments with some knowledge of financial instruments with responsibility for:

- Supervision of production support processes including coordination with Business Sponsor, Subject Matter Experts and Project Team
- Specification & review 3rd Party product requirements - Manage customer business requirements/Technical requirements - Track 3rd party vendor on deliverables
- System test of new functionality
- End user- and second level support - including defect analysis
- Problem management processes including change and release management
- Strong technical acumen ( knowledge of Oracle Databases,Unix, Linux preferred)

Candidates require excellent written and verbal communications skills in German and English.
