APPLICATION AUTO CAD MANAGER

One of my leading transportation clients in The Netherlands is urgently looking for a Dutch speaking Application Auto Cad Manager working from their offices in Amsterdam.

The successful Application Auto Cad Artist will be responsible for monitoring the capacity of cabinets and technical rooms and advising on this, as well as realizing and making drawings available, so that stakeholders have timely information and drawings that provide an up-to-date and as complete as possible insight into the current and build infrastructure.

You will be working in a management function and not an engineering function, the role is about capturing cable infrastructure, technical rooms and 19 "cabinets in AutoCad.

The engineering work is done from another department, the draftsman does have a controlling task and everything is engineered according to the rules (including ARBO).

AS AN APPLICATION AUTO CAD MANAGER, YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES WILL BE:

1. Preparation.

Checking the supplied drawing order, material and specifications and requesting missing data if necessary.

2. Inform.

Monitoring the capacity of cabinets and technical rooms, informing whether current (cupboard) space offers sufficient capacity and can be set up in accordance with established guidelines or if additional building needs to be done.

3. Drawings

Signing (changes to) the new infrastructure concerning internal cabling, cabinets and technical rooms, processing of revision work delivered by third parties, having the client check the drawing and adjusting it if necessary.

4. Drawing issue

Conversion of own drawings and those of suppliers in the desired format and make these available to the internal organization, or to third parties, in accordance with security requirements and policy determination.

5. Drawing management

Managing and archiving drawings, administration of outsourced assignments and supplied topographic information as well as making available drawings in an internal viewer.

6. Supplier management

Give instructions to the supplier of sign work to be outsourced, manage the supplier, coordinate with bottlenecks and concerning cabinets and technical rooms and upon completion check of drawing instructions on form, content and quality.

7. Optimization

Identifying opportunities for improvement and developing procedures and instruments to support and improve the quality of their own services.

YOU WILL HAVE MBO WORK AND THINK LEVEL ALONG WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

DUTCH LANGUAGE SKILLS - READING, WRITING AND SPEAKING ALL ESSENTIAL.

CONTRACT: 5 Months + Likely extension

RATES: Negotiable.
