Euros350-€450 - Rate dependent on experience

Conract length - 1 year+
Location: Brussels, Belgium

Application Architect/Designer (AAD) for a leading Public Sector organisation.

You will be responsible for;
Architecture and design of information systems.
Review of the architecture of existing systems
Design and development of component architecture and building blocks
Analysis of the integration of different information systems
Data analysis and Datamodelling.
Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture
Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers
Production of software architecture documents
Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting

Specific expertise
Minimum a total of 6 years in one or more of the following areas: UML, SOA, JEE, web 2.0, a business process modelling tool, a DBMS or specific design or architectural tool.
J2EE, Java, workflow systems, at least one year of working with interoperability concepts such as IHE or OASIS AS4

Any French a plus.
