Exhibits high degree of expertise and detailed knowledge in: system applications, system environments, application design, business process and industry best practices. Establishes coding, testing and implementation standards and helps set direction based on industry best practice. Provides guidance to the team regarding individual work assignments and technical expectations. Coaches others on coding, testing, technology and IT processes and standards.
