Recent Experience of Local Government applications (ideally having worked in this environment)

Experience of running an application rationalisation project

Experience of implementing applications in a Citrix/windows 7 environment

Able to Manage 3rd Party Suppliers

Manage and document complex application interactions, covering interfaces and batch related

Able to document application designs including Service Mapping

Able to write detailed installation notes/scripts (where they don't exist)

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the ITIL processes (Change/Release)

Evidence a development (coding) Background

Structured approach to work

Good Communications, Written and Oral

Commercially Aware/able to Deal directly (unsupervised) with clients

Team Management

Able to work to tight timescales

Able to act as interface between user and Technical communities

AppDNA Management

Experience of SQL, Oracle and SAP (2 of three)

Understanding of App-V Application Streaming

Understanding of Application Packaging

Understanding of the use of Shims

Batch Scripting (eg VBScript)

Active Directory and Group Policy Management

ITIL Qualified (foundation as a Min)

Background in Managed Service Contracts

London Based but willing to travel
