Application and Data Integration Delivery Lead

We are currently looking for an APPLICATION AND DATA INTEGRATION DELIVERY LEAD.

The Delivery lead will own and support VF environments pertaining to INTEGRATION MIDDLEWARE AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- As part of the Global Integration team govern system environments, services, workflows, data flows and databases structures.
- Be accountable for production service delivery
- Act as liaison between users and service delivery teams
- Support daily problem determination activities on the Integration Middleware and Business Intelligence
- Follow-up incident resolution with both internal stakeholders as well as supporting vendors
- Build-up internal knowledge of the new integration processes rolled out
- Must be able to be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and may lead and direct the work of others. May develop, test and document as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- At least 5 years of integration systems experience with a heavy focus on building systems "designed for service"
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Works independently without supervision and as part of a large team
- Ability to lead on and off-shore technical teams
- Ability to build relationships both internal to the company and across multiple vendors
- Works effectively with cross-departmental teams.
- Excellent written and oral communications in English (Addition of Italian is a bonus)
- Ability to facilitate discussions across the team to identify root problems and derive ultimate solutions.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

Integration

- Multiple operating systems (AIX, Linux, Windows; OS400 would be beneficial)
- Administration & Development for WebSphere Message Broker/IBM Integration Bus
- Experience with usage of MQSeries and MQFTE
- Multiple DBMS systems (DB2, MSSQL, Oracle, SAP HANA etc.)
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Methodology (SOAP, REST, Canonical Models)
- Multiple message/file formats (XML, JSON, IDOC, fixed, delimited, etc)
- Excellent problem determination skills based on multiple factors: operating system behaviour, hardware, network and application

Business Intelligence

- Knowledge and concepts of any BI solution both Front End and Back End
- Knowledge of Change Data Capture Technologies and their concepts
- SAP HANA knowledge as BI database is a major plus
- SAP SLT knowledge is a plus
- SAP BODS is beneficial
- Cognos concepts knowledge is beneficial
- Proven experience in management of any DataWarehouse solution is beneficial
