IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Perform advanced triage and proactive identification of potential production issues
-Assess technical requirements of requests and scope for projects and communicate results to business client, project team, and IT counterparts
-Serve on systems development/upgrade/enhancement project teams as technical liaison between business clients, IT Infrastructure and the development groups
-Define, prioritize, and test a backlog of production related defects, stability
-Perform development activities, programming and coding as needed
-Participation in on-call rotation
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in working independently on projects, including with non-technology personnel
-Experience writing SQL queries and performing SOAP UI tests
-Know-how regarding Splunk, AppDynamics, and other production support tools
-Improvement and monitoring capabilities
