Application Analyst Job

APPLICATION ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in PRINCETON, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT-related positions with relevant experience in user applications (excellent excel and access capabilities required), programming (Visual Basic), and databases
- Commercial experience desired, experience in Generic Forecasting, Marketing and knowledge of IMS
- Experience in working with cross-functional/cross-divisional teams.
- Alternatively, consulting background with relevant industry focus

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develops and maintains a system for forecasting and launch planning and execution
- Provides solutions to efficiently source or extract, cleanse and analyze large amounts of data (eg from other data sources) with the help of analytical models
- Works with the team to improve the group's operational efficiency
- Establishes a process to electronically collect reliable cross-functional forecasting and launch assumptions with a certain frequency
- Works with the cross-functional team to ensure process and data integrity
- Responsible for new product forecasting with focus on new product selections
- Reliability and efficiency of forecasting and launch tools and systems
- Availability/invention of solutions to increase team productivity
- Standard forecasting; efficiency of data collection, and reliability of data

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
