Application Analyst Job

APPLICATION ANALYST needed for an EIGHT TO TWELVE (8-12) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide application maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions.
- Support investigation and resolution of issues and may also include performance monitoring.
- Close collaboration with the system's developers and/or with colleagues specializing in different areas, such as Database Administration or Network Support.
- Provide application maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum of five (5) years industry experience developing or modifying business solutions, implementing and supporting "home-grown" systems in a large-scale enterprise.
- Minimum of five (5) years industry experience with enterprise Windows environments, SQL databases and extraction tools and data mapping tools.
- Good overall understanding of technologies, IT tools, networking concepts, Middleware, databases communications tools for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in developing Key Project Documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents
- Ability to map business processes using commercially available software tools
- Ability to create data models for Applications supported
- Good overall understanding of technologies, IT tools, networking concepts, Middleware, databases communications tools for troubleshooting purposes.

- BA/BS Degree, in a technology related field or other degree
