Application Analyst - Copenhagen, Stockholm or Helsinki

We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst for a banking sector client, to be based in either Copenhagen, Stockholm or Helsinki.
In the role of IT Analyst you'll be working on application development initiatives and maintenance and will act as the System responsible for the country specific area. You'll need to understand the incident process and be an active driver of solving production incidents. You'll take part in production follow-up, supporting the business and coordinating improvements/testing. You will also be involved in capturing and documenting requirements and converting into IT designs.
The ideal candidate for the role of Application Analyst should have:
- Experience on working with off shore teams, like in India, is an asset.
- Some travelling in Nordic counties is needed.
- Required language skills are fluent English AND a local language (Swedish, Danish or Finnish).
- Knowledge of the mobile banking business and technologies is an advantage.
Following tools are used in daily work so experience with them would be useful:
- Remedy as reporting all production incidents
- Jira as work management tool
- HockeyApp, iTunes Connect and Google Play are used for App deployment and statistic information.
- SharePoint as collaboration tool
- Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
