The requested skills are:
Database (MSSQL OR MySQL) Administration and Programming.
SIMPLE WEB INTERFACE PROGRAMMING FOR DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING.
DATA MODELING.
The scope of work is as follows:
Design and development of an application for cost management of IT assets, including DB Back End, bulk data import and basic web-based GUI for analysis and reporting
