Application Analyst - Asset Management

Our client, a major private bank based in Geneva - Switzerland, is looking for an Application Analyst.

As a support team member:

- Provide high quality service for asset management business, front and Middle Office.
- Contribute to effective service deliver.

As a key project member:

- Deliver in time requested functional analysis and specifications
- Produce and execute test cases and scripts
- Significant experience in an IT Team for an Asset Management company or Asset Management bank department
- Experienced IT professional
- Understand project delivery methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset
- Team player
- Understand Asset Management investment business
- Understand IT Impacts of business requirements
- Excellent knowledge of long only instruments
- Experience with asset management software: Asset Management position keeping system, PMS (thinkfolio, Charles Rivers, Decalog/Arena, Apollo, LZ ), Bloomberg data universe
- As hands-on work is required, some technical skills are a must-have: SQL, VBA, some unix.
