Application Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated APPLICATION ANALYST!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communication between stores and IT, as well as with IT and business partners
- Lead projects and initiatives to completion
- Technical and functional participation in New Store Openings and other deployments to stores
- Dealing with business partners directly
- first line of troubleshooting/identify the problems
- Someone to narrow down on the issue, network ok, remote in, ping it, etc...
- After the holidays type of work/quick to respond

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to understand requirements and plan deliverables
- Usually a person who has worked as a Technical Lead
- Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
- Ability to get along well with others (has the right attitude)
- Preferred retail experience and knowledge of Point of Sales/store equipment
