Your daily tasks are to support the team with:
Service Requests (General support to other teams, Recurrent/Temporary manual executions)
+ Recurrent/Common configuration changes
+ Investigation (together with Maintenance and other teams)
+ Documentation (Create how-to or troubleshooting articles related to the performed activities)
Must:
+ Linux (mainly CLI), Unix
+ experience with Java application servers (e.g. Jboss, Tomcat, Hibernate)
+ SQL
+ English mandatory, German beneficial
Nice:
+ Jira / Confluence: nice
+ ITIL (beneficial): nice
