Next ventures requires an experienced hands on Technical Architect with good Appian experience.

- Experience: 8+ years
- Certification: Appian Developer Certification - Level II, Appian Interface Design Certification (If you can get someone Level II certified, S/he will most likely be an automatic select) OR atleast Appian Level I Certification
- Hands-on coding experience in Appian
- Must have designed Appian applications
- Must have done customizations on top of Appian

The position requires the candidate to be hands on (be able to code) in addition to having experience in architecting and designing complex BPM solutions, leading code and architectural reviews etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Appian architect will get to work with a media company 
- Work on a new paradigm of collaboration to get processes delivered especially for creative folks
- Need someone who understands Appian in depth but can recommend how to apply appian correctly for the patterns we will identify
- Someone who also understands the UI space fairly well.
- We need doers and not just strategists - we want people who can get their hands dirtied and drive a large team to realize the architecture.
- Help build BPM competency and execute the BPM strategy of the organization using Appian BPM suite
- Lead key client engagements, driving the analysis, architecture, design and implementation of BPM projects
- Conceptualize and build solutions, accelerators, re-usable components around the BPM platforms to help accelerate BPM  development
- Lead architecture and code reviews and design refactoring
- Work on PoCs and Pilots
- Mentor and develop team members, improve the depth and breadth in the BPM platform.
