Appian Developer- Dutch Speaker

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 6 + years relevant experience with rigorous experience in Appian development,

Expected to Design, develop and implement BPM applications to support business requirements and projects

Excellent programming skills using high-level languages Java,/J2EE, JavaScript, Jquery, SQL

Good Application Server Knowledge like WebSphere/Weblogic/JBOSS

Expert at generalizing and coding process rules, identifies and designs repeating people-oriented process-based patterns (for re-use in process applications)

Deliver continuous improvement like Continuous Integration and Continues Delivery using Jenkins/
Bamboo/Hudson

Having good Experience in Client Interaction to understand, document and communicate to satisfy the customer expectations

Write well designed, testable, efficient code

Experience with test-driven development

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines

Can work well and communicate effectively with diverse teams of technical architects, information architects, Back End Developers and designers

Not afraid to represent your opinions, ideas and creative concepts

Experience of working in a challenging and fast paced environment

Experience in working in an agile and scrum based approach

Team player who is motivated, self-learner and well organized (Not a Technical Skill)
