Responsibilities: Supply Planning Department and Key Users to develop and implement the future planning processes using APO SNP Support supply planning department in creation of SOPs, training documents, and training of end users Definition of test cases, support key users with business integration testing incl. progress monitoring and issue follow up Documentation and management of business requirements and future processes in close collaboration with IT implementation team Structuring and documentation of all required planning, ordering and reporting processes and tasks Support the change process to move from existing planning methodology to a demand driven, lead time based planning and orderingCo ordination between all concerned functional departments (Central Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Trading, FG Sourcing and IT) Ensure seamless process and APO SNP tool implementation ensuring readiness of business functions to work efficiently in the new planning environment Develop an implementation and change plan incl. trainings Capabilities: fluent in German and English good communication and leadership skill flexible work locations in DE/CH several years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning implementations deep knowledge of planning methodology and processes several years of experience with project, integration and change management Functional experience with APO SNP for Demand and Supply Planning Past project experience with operational implementation of process and tool changes in Supply Planning (APO SNP) Project details: Start: 19.03.2018 End: 31.07.2018 Location: 50% Munich + 50% Switzerland Sollten Sie an diesem Projektangebot interessiert sein, so freue ich mich auf die Zusendung Ihres aktuellen CV, inkl. all in Stundensatzes und Ihrer Verfügbarkeit.
