Projektbeschreibung
T4S are currently looking for an application architect for a leading systems integrator based in Belgium, this is a long term contract working alongside a government body in the financial sector.
DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS:
- Conceive, design, implement and maintain an open and flexible architecture based on the clients standards and supported products
- Conceive, design, implement and maintain the common building blocks: the general purpose services used by the business applications and the common packages implementing common tools and services
- Define automatic static code control using tools and defining good indicators in order to asset the software quality at different levels
- Asset the technical architecture, the security and the structure of the applications
- Asset the database modelling (E/R) of the applications
- Write technical assessment, architecture documents and presentations about standards, guidelines, how to and good practice
- Do technical watch and implement POC on new technologies
- Provide support, consultancy and advice to the application development teams
Tech & Func Skills
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Thorough knowledge and experience of IT architectures and E/R design and implementation
- Thorough knowledge and experience in search engines
- Thorough knowledge and experience in enterprise service bus
- Thorough knowledge and experience in the interoperability domain based upon the Web Services
- Thorough knowledge and experience of RUP, UML and agile methodologies
- In depth capability to make technical audit of information systems
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
- Capability of integration in an internat international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team
OPTIONAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge of JIRA, GIT, Confluence, Sonar
PROFILE:
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Constructive participation in meeting
- High degree of initiative, independence and cooperation
